FIELD: manufacture of decorative-facing slabs based on glass granules of high-silica glass used for lining and facing of buildings and structures, floors and for making decorative panels. SUBSTANCE: method consists in that prior to heat treatment bounding member installed in mold is poured-on from outside with quartz sand, and then it is removed from mold, and closed bead of quartz sand is formed round slab blank. EFFECT: higher quality of decorative-facing slabs, improved their appearance and higher economic efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwg
