FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, jet concrete spraying of metallurgical units. SUBSTANCE: components of concrete spraying material flowing from rounded end nozzle of pneumatic concrete gun are swirled into single vortex flow in the form of hollow cone with external expansion angle of not less than 45 deg. Flow swirling shall be sufficient for provision of the required radial and tangential components of velocity of particles of concrete mix ensuring their adhesion to lining. The device for embodiment of the offered method includes joined to one another vessel with concrete mix designed for spraying, pneumatic transportation unit, pipelines for supply of components of concrete spraying and connected with respective channels of pneumatic concrete gun, movable chassis carrying mechanism of vertical motion of pneumatic concrete gun and protective screen. At least one channel of pneumatic concrete gun is connected with swirler of concrete spraying component. EFFECT: provision of performance of qualitative and economically efficient lining applied by concrete spraying in all zones of cylindrical lining. 17 cl, 3 dwg, 2 tbl
