One of the plates can move along the axis of casing 1 in a spaced relation between its external cylindrical surface 16 and internal cylindrical surface 17 of casing 1. Chamber 14 for by-pass of heated liquid from one tube bank 4 to another one is located in the area of movable tube plate 6 having one annular groove positioned on its external cylindrical surface, the groove accommodates an elastic ring, which seals the annular gap between this surface and internal cylindrical surface. Besides, chamber 14 is formed by internal volume confined by tube plate 6 and bottom 15 of casing 1 located near it. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 6 dwg
