FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger includes tubular case 1 and coaxial heat exchange Field tube containing external tube 2 with capped end and internal displacement tube 4. External tube 2 is fastened in tube sheet 7 jammed between flange 6 and cover 8. Central cover 8 part is made convex, in the form of shell open at the tube sheet side, and features bottom 12 and cylindrical side walls 13. End of internal displacement tube 4 is fastened in the bottom 12. The cover features central hole 15 and the bottom 2 and pipe 16 in wall 13 for feed and drain of first heat carrier. External diameter (⌀D1) of sealing surface 17 of the cover 8 is equal to external diameter of sealing surface 18 of the flange 6, while internal diameter (⌀D2) is smaller than internal diameter (⌀D3) of flange 6. Central part of the cover can have tapered cone form. Second heat carrier inlet to the case can be made axial. External pipe can be made of aluminium or its alloys, with ribs.

EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability, reduced transverse dimensions of heat exchanger.
