Device 1 is made in the form of two optical wedges 5 and 6 outer surfaces 7 and 8 of which are positioned at right angles with endoscope axis and inner surfaces 9 and 10 are inclined to opposite sides from the same axis. Device 1 may also be manufactured as single wedge 11, input surface 12 of which is positioned perpendicularly to endoscope axis.
