FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has light-conducting fiber cable for illuminating observation zone and dichroic spectrum divider unit tightly attached to inlet end of gradan objective with its working surface, gradan translator unit, field diaphragm unit, ocular and video camera arranged in series along the optical axis. A gradan lens is additionally connected to the illumination canal light-conducting fiber cable inlet end. The field diaphragm unit is positioned between the gradan translator unit and ocular in the last image plane. Differential amplifier is electrically coupled to video camera output.
