FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a number of units connected in series to test muscle: transducer, control unit, metering unit and comparators. The transducer is to be set in the rectum sphincter. The transducer is connected to pressure transformer, electromagnetic valve and compressor by means of air main. Pressure transformer output is connected to pressure measurement unit and is connected to indication unit and comparator through rectifier and filter. One comparator output is connected to electromagnetic valve and compressor control unit. The other comparator output is connected to warning unit. The second outputs of the comparators are connected to outputs of parameter setter unit. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of intra-operation control when operating on the vertebral column.
