FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves stretching tendons on interior and posterior surface of talocrural articulation by perforating subcutaneous capsule and ligaments between tibia and foot bones and then fixing the foot by putting on an eight-shaped adhesive plaster bandage on the talocrural joint in hypercorrection position. The device has casing 2, blade 5, penetration arrest member and hollow rod being injection needle 1 with beveled cutting edges 3 connected to casing 2. Blade 5 is sharp end protrusion having bilaterally sharp edges 4 smoothly conjugated with end face edges 3 of injection needle 1 joined at its other end to casing 2 manufactured as canal handle. Penetration arrest member is adhesive plaster bandage mountable on external surface of the instrument. EFFECT: improved operation properties; simplified design.. 2 cl, 1 dwg
