FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining of vertebra body injury zone size according to computer tomography data, the vertebra body is resected within boundaries of the injured zone in the superposition zone with posterior body wall retained. Transplant is introduced into the defect providing for its cortical layer rest upon whole portion of the ventral cortical bone layer of the retained part of the vertebra, providing in this way engagement of the spongious bone of the transplant and spongious bone of the posterior wall, and the rest of the retained vertebral body part and spongious bone of the neighboring vertebral body. EFFECT: removed kyphosis deformity of the vertebral column. 2 cl, 13 dwg
