FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out frontal inter-body spondylolesis using left retroperitoneal access. Surgical intervention is carried out one segment higher relative to the dislocated vertebra. Anterior longitudinal ligament is cut out together with cortical surfaces of bodies of the adjacent vertebrae and anterior parts of fibrous ring of the disk, after moving common iliac vessels to their left. Groove is formed at an angle and depth precalculated in advance from X-ray picture and tubular bone allograft is introduced into it. EFFECT: simplified method; accelerated treatment course; prevented blood vessel injuries. 5 dwg
