FIELD: joining of materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technique for joining both homogeneous- and heterogeneous-material parts, in particular, for joining metallic and ceramic parts. To this end, parts are conjugated over their contact surfaces and a joining layer is created in their contact region. The latter is accomplished by gasodynamic deposition of a powdered material onto part surfaces at temperature of particles in the two- phase flow being lower than melting temperature of material being deposited. To reduce deceleration of material particles, velocity of gas flow all over the acceleration zone is maintained not below velocity of particles.
