SUBSTANCE: apparatus has heat generator with several liquid accelerators, heat exchanger, pump connected to heat generator through pressure pipe, and controller mounted on pipeline interconnecting heat generator and heat exchanger. Heat generator incorporates spatial distribution system whose parallel channels mount liquid accelerators in which flow section is narrowed to different degree. Flat grid such as mesh is placed downstream of distribution system. Inner space of heat generator upstream of grid communicates with expansion tank.
