FIELD: organic chemistry; agriculture. SUBSTANCE: fertilizers are produced by mixing nitrogen- and/or phosphorus-containing mineral component with humic substances, the latter is constituted by liquid phase resulting from oxidative-hydrolytic decomposition of organic-rich sediment of sewage and/or organic-containing wastes from pulp-and-paper-making industry. Sewage and wastes are pretreated with air oxygen in alkaline medium at temperature 150-200 C and under pressure not higher 2.5 MPa. Liquid phase is taken in the amount of 1-7% (on dry matter basis) of total weight of mineral components. Fertilizers have great agrochemical efficiency, high nutritional value and prolonged of action. They may be used for glowing vegetable, cereal and other crops. Granules have enhanced strength and contain a wider range of humic substances. EFFECT: improved environmental safety, excellent physico-mechanical properties. 5 tbl
