FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: method, in particular, may be utilized in agriculture when producing organo-mineral fertilizers. Waste water is mixed with alkali reagent and preliminarily activated via hydrodynamic cavitation action at 50-170 C while simultaneously feeding compressed air under pressure 0.2-1.6 MPa, its volume ratio to waste water not exceeding 3.0. Activated mixture is further heated to operational temperature and fed into reactor while simultaneously feeding compressed air, hold at operational temperature and elevated pressure, cooled, and settled to separate sediment. Method is distinguished by applying jet injection of air when performing cavitation treatment.
