FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to measurement of geometric characteristics of bore-hole axis and particularly to gyroscopic inclinometers capable of operation in continuous and single-shot modes of measuring trajectory parameters of bore-holes both encased and non-encased without referring to magnetic field of Earth. At deviation of accelerometer sensitivity axis from horizontal plane, input of moment sensor receives signal, and this results in turning of second internal frame. This frame carries sensor of zenith angle and second gear which in cooperation with first signal turns body of gyroscopic sensor of angular velocity and through engagement with second and third gears it turns third internal frame with accelerometer. In result, sensitivity axis of aforesaid accelerometer returns to horizontal plane (output signal will be equal to 0). In this case, sensor of zenith angle reveals information concerning value of zenith angle, and output axle of gyroscopic sensor of angular velocity stops on local vertical line, and sensitivity axis of gyroscopic sensor of angular velocity comes to horizontal plane. Azimuth is determined by known method that is by locating external frame in three following positions: initial, after turning through 90 deg., and after turning of platform through 180 deg. from initial position.
