FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: device has cyclone homogenizer 11, ultrasonic vibrator, heat exchanger 5 and electronic control unit. All types of liquid fuels are delivered through one nozzle 9 connected with main fuel pump. Gaseous fuel is supplied through second nozzle 9 connected with gas pressure regulator 13. Additional ultrasonic vibrator 33 is installed in outlet branch pipe of flow-through channel 9. Metering needle 17 connected to electronic control unit and to accelerator pedal is installed at outlet from homogenizer housing into flow-through channel 4 of device housing. EFFECT: improved accuracy of fuel metering and atomizing of fuel and fuel- air mixture, simultaneous atomizing and mixing of fuels of two types, increased service life of catalytic converters owing to more complete combustion of fuel and provision of ecologically clean exhaust gases. 3 dwg
