FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is used for draining and filling of aggressive liquids, gases and other substances located in container-tanks during their storage and transportation. Device has three cut-off valves positioned in succession: internal cut-off valve, external cut-off valve and auxiliary cut-off valve with controls independent from one another. Internal cut-off valve includes cut-off member in the form of two plates, main and preliminary ones coupled to rod installed in bushing. Rod is loaded with two springs: operating spring positioned between bushing and seat of main plate loosely mounted on rod and unloading spring secured between bushing and rod head and mounted in zone of load-carrying contact with cam attached to spindle. The latter is fixed to drive handle and installed in bushing mounted on body. External cut-off valve includes control elements in the form of handle with spindle. The latter is coupled to ball-type cut-off member positioned in seats. Auxiliary cut-off member is shaped as a plug. Internal and external cut-off members are enclosed in single monolithic body. Cut-off members of these valves and plug are positioned coaxially with axis of body. Cut-off device body is provided with two holes for installation of bushings with drive spindles positioned in them. Axis of spindle of internal cut-off valve is shifted relative to axis of bushing in direction opposite to plates for distance Δ, determined from relation , where Dbush is external diameter of bushing, and Dcam is diameter of cam. Spindle of external cut-off valve is positioned coaxially with bushing axis. Bushing carrying rod with plates is fixed to monolithic body. EFFECT: improved hydraulic characteristics. 7 cl, 2 dwg
