FIELD: gas transportation; main line controls. SUBSTANCE: cylinder charging member is made in form of spring- loaded valve with mechanical drive connected with clockwork. Device is provided with gas turbine to compress charging member spring. Torque on gas turbine is built owing to pressure difference in shutoff cock. Device has ball shutoff 1 with servodrive 2, gas cylinder 3 charged with gas through spring-loaded valve 4 engaging with cam drive coupled with clockwork 6. Clockwork spring 7 is connected with shaft of gas turbine 8. Space of cylinder 3 is connected with space of sensitive member 12 engaging with differential rod 14. Rod has shutoff 17 from side of seat 18, thus providing overlapping of passage for gas into servodrive piston space. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of; operation. 4 cl, 2 dwg
