FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method deals with applying cytotoxic tests: cytofluorimetric test by applying a flow-type cytometer equipped with a mercury lamp of 100 watt and radiometric one. To provide accuracy of obtained data one should use a developed mode of decompression and delivery of peripheral blood samples in patients taken from hyperbaric conditions. The use of obtained parameters with subsequent statistic and graphic treatment enables to determine disorders of natural killer activity of human lymphocytes both under standard conditions and during human activity under hyperbaric conditions. EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of the method.
