FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves formation of enclosed shell confining real enclosed space and installation of shell on support for rotation about its center. User is placed inside shell so that he is free to move over its surface. Then virtual space is organized wherein objects appear and move in desired and random way. Virtual space shaped is displayed user and continuously converted according to real physical movement of user's hand, foot, head, body, and eyes in actual space considering interaction with objects in virtual space. Device implementing this method has means for organizing virtual space wherein objects appear and displace in desired and random way connected to means for displaying virtual space to user, as well as unit for virtual space conversion according to real physical movement of user's hand, foot, head, body, and eyes in real space considering interaction with objects in virtual space. Device also has enclosed shell confining real enclosed space which is placed on support for rotating about its center, as well as means for determining distance and direction of user's movement relative to shell connected to virtual space conversion unit.
