FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying irritant agent to laboratory animal larynx mucosa. 0.02-0.05 ml of 50-60% sulfuric acid solution is introduced per os and applied to laboratory animal larynx mucosa and retained there for 7-10 s. Then the rest of sulfuric acid is removed from larynx. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in reproducing larynx stenosis of any etiologic origin.
