FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing allergen agent into the organism of presensibilized animal. The presensibilization state is achieved by single application of exogenous allergic agent. 2-3 weeks later, the same quantity is applied to laboratory animal larynx mucosa. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in reproducing larynx stenosis of allergic etiology.
