SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical housing with heat-insulating covering and working chamber arranged within housing and provided with cover and discharge branch pipe with valve, refrigerating chamber with pipeline system adapted for supplying refrigerant and positioned between working chamber and heat-insulating covering of housing, and pipeline with germicidal lamp and water-jet pump. Input end of pump is connected to working chamber via valve and output end of pump is connected to working chamber via ejector. Carbon dioxide supply branch pipe is connected to ejector.
