SUBSTANCE: water purification installation uses successively connected device for reagent feeding, agitator, settler made as a cylinder and installed at an acute angle to the vertical, an inlet is to be found in the bottom part of the cylinder, and a hermetically sealed horizontal chamber is positioned in the top part, the chamber cover mounts a valve used to discharge the oil phase, an outlet of the aqueous phase is positioned in the chamber bottom, and a valve is connected through a lever to a float located inside the chamber, the settler is connected to an electrolyzer made as a vertical cylinder with coaxial cylindrical electrodes, the device used to feed the reagent is positioned before the electrolyzer, and the electrolyzer is connected to an additional agitator and skimmer made as a cylindrical vessel installed at an acute angle to the vertical with an inlet in the bottom part and outlet in the top part of the vessel; besides, installed in the top part of the vessel is a horizontal chamber connected to the vessel through a slot; the chamber cover carries a valve used to discharge slime, connected through a lever to a float inside the chamber; the agitators are made as vertically installed coils.
