FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two branches 1 connected to each other using hinged lock 3, having rack and pinion 2 and working part composed of three jaws 5-7. Two jaws 5 and 6 are in parallel relation to each other when branches 1 are closed. Third jaw 7 is rigidly fixed at an angle to jaw 6 with sharply ground external side and has sharply ground internal side. Locking beam 4 for stopping movement of branches 1 is fixed in the vicinity of hinged lock 3 when opening at the moment jaws 5 and 6 with sharply ground sides are brought close and tissues are cut. EFFECT: prevented risk of traumatic lesions of tissues; accelerated surgical treatment course. 1 dwg
