FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, particularly to capsular products production equipment. Device comprises a container for a capsule filler substance, a viscometer, a storage container for a circulating solution, a capsulation unit comprising a capsular head communicating with a product conduit system with a closed liquid transfer cycle and mechanically separating the capsules, transport tray connected to pipeline and mesh vibrating tray communicated with blowing unit. Blasting assembly comprises continuously moving belt conveyor, above which there is a frame with rotating nozzles connected to fan through a fine filter. Built-in in-line viscosimeter is installed in pipeline for supply of filler substance into encapsulating head, which is additionally equipped with tubular unit. Tubular unit consists of capillary tubes for supply of filler substance, built-in nozzles for supply of forming solution and detachable replaceable shape with holes in staggered order, fixed with fastening with automatic cover.

EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to increase productivity of the device, and also to expand the range of ready capsules due to provision of possibility of their obtaining of various geometric and art form.
