FIELD: medicine; production of capsules filled with liquid medicines. SUBSTANCE: solution of material is delivered under compressed air pressure from reservoir 1 along pipeline 11 to encapsulating head 4. Simultaneously oil-soluble and water-soluble material of capsule envelope is delivered from reservoirs 2 and 3 along pipelines 12 and 13 to head 4 and is uniformly distributed by means of four holes arranged at angle of 90 degrees relative to each other along circular cylindrical clearance and conusoidal slot, forming streams. Ready capsules with hardened envelope are brought along pipeline 17 and outlet branch pipe 18 to perforated member 10 and are delivered to reservoir 32, and oil passes into detachable pan 20 and, through drain branch pipe 18, gets into oil collector 7.
