FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing, power supply source, light-emitting source, optic unit and nozzle consisting at least of two parts. Member for controlling positions of nozzle parts has spring-loaded double-arm levers. One arm of each lever is joined to a part of the nozzle, the other one is joined to driving member. The latter is designed as push-pull rod with handle hingedly mounted on casing or as nut having conic internal surface. The nut is movably mounted on the casing in this case and is engageable with levers through its internal surface. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of examination. 3 dwg
