FIELD: medicinal equipment, applicable as a means for neutralization of harmful effects of geopathogenic and electromagnetic radiations of the Earth and electromagnetic radiations of artificial origin. SUBSTANCE: the device has a twin radiator in the form of two truncated cones positioned symmetrically relative to each other, antenna and a toroidal body accommodating aligned toroidal coils of copper wire of larger and smaller diameters, the twin radiator is additionally provided with cones installed in the truncated cones coaxially with them, the distance between the larger base of the truncated cone and the base of the cone makes up 1/3 of the cone height, and the antenna is made in the form of two telescopic antennas positioned horizontally on the diametrical opposite sides of the toroidal body and provided with detachable radiators, the truncated cones with their smaller base are rigidly fastened to the toroidal body by a taper washer, and the respective coils are connected via connecting elements to the cone vertices and to the respective telescopic antennas. Besides, the radiator may be provided with a waveguide in the form of an aluminium tube with accelerators positioned coaxially with the cones. The accelerator is made in the form of a copper spiral. The wave-guides, cones, toroidal body and the truncated cones are filled with a composite filler preliminarily treated by electromagnetic radiation within 1 to 5 mm and joined by binding mass.
