FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two accumulator units shaped as regular pyramids oriented in south- north, east-west direction, having common apex and positioned symmetrically relative to one another, antenna coming through the common apex of the pyramids in parallel to their bases and double emitter having two truncated cones each of which on the internal cavity of the corresponding pyramid coaxially to it and with its lesser base facing the common apex of the pyramids. Besides, it has radiators mounted on 1/3 of the height into the truncated cones of the double radiator coaxially to them, the second antenna with a set of removable receivers coming through the common apex of the pyramids in perpendicular to the first antenna and additional radiators placed in pyramid edges. The double radiator optionally has wave-guide manufactured from aluminum tube with accelerator placed coaxially with the truncated cones. The accelerator is designed as copper helix. The radiators are manufactured from fine dispersed materials treated electromagnetic radiation and connected with coupling mass.
