FIELD: accomplishment of mass-transfer processes in liquid-liquid systems. SUBSTANCE: flow of non-wetting liquid is passed between two hydrophobic diaphragms, and flow of wetting liquid is passed through these diaphragms and over the surface of polymeric material. Polymeric material is enclosed between the diaphragms and has a system of only surface open capillaries with minimum spread of interphase contact specific surface. In the device for realization of mass transfer the mass- transfer chamber is made in the form of two diaphragms and polymeric material between them.
