FIELD: analytical instrumentation, implementation of mass transfer processes with employment of optoelectron chemical sensors. SUBSTANCE: invention can find use for development of devices testing quality of water and air atmosphere which utilize extraction methods of analysis. Method of analysis consists in extraction of analyzed substance to organic phase and in its optical. analysis. Extraction is carried out on surface of double-layer polymer composition in system of open pores applied to surface of optical waveguide. Analysis is conducted at interface of organic phase and optical waveguide. Concentrated analyzed compounds hit interface thanks to diffusion in system " organic phase/double-layer polymer composition " and organic phase is renovated due to its removal to sample. Facility for realization of method has mass transfer chamber and optical recording device. Mass transfer chamber comes in the form of double-layer, porous, hydrophobic composition constantly filled with organic solvent and applied to surface of optical wave-guide. Double-layer, porous, hydrophobic composition includes microporous membrane and polymer showing system of open surface capillaries and organic solvent- extractant displays refractive index less than that of material of optical waveguide. EFFECT: enhanced speed of action of analytical system with simultaneous decrease of effect of mechanical impurities, simplified design and raised functional reliability of facility for realization of method. 2 cl, 4 dwg
