FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: wall panel production technology is as follows. Placed into concrete wall panel is board-type heat-conserving material for example foampolystyrene, foam plastic, cellular concrete or the like. Made in heat-conserving material are passages with diameter of 1-10 mm. Volume of air passages amounts to 10-70%. Total coefficient of heat conductivity of board-type heat-conserving material is reduced and becomes equal to weighted average coefficient of heat conductivity of board-type heat-conserving material plus similar coefficient of air. At coefficient of heat conductivity of foampolystyrene being λf= 0,04 = 0.04 and that of air λair= 0,023 = , coefficient of heat conductivity of heat-conserving material at amount of air 10, 50 and 70% respectively is to be 0.0383, 0.0315 and 0.0281 W/(m. C). Total coefficient of heat conductivity of board-type heat-conserving material is reduced by 4-30% which increases thermal resistance of wall panel in comparison with commonly used panels.
