FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: device includes thermoelectric units which are in contact with outer and inner heat scatterers scattering heat through heat transfer spacers made in form of rods. Outer scatterer is module-type; it is made of set of plates and is mounted on outer wall of housing. Inner scatterer is made in form of set of sheets and is secured on rear wall of chamber. Rear wall of inner chamber may perform the function of one of sheets. Plates of outer scatterer and sheets of inner scatterer are interconnected by means of distance washers. Opposite spacers of outer and inner scatterers are rigidly interconnected through thermoelectric unit and are heat-insulated relative to each other. All parts of thermal system are made from highly conducting material and their contact surfaces are coated with layer of heat-conducting paste. Thermoelectric unit is shifted towards outer edge of heat insulation of housing. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 dwg
