FIELD: milk industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has platform, leveling tank, holder, water and milk supplying pumps, filters, sectioned heat-exchanger with frame and pressure plates, boiler, cooler with pressure plate, pipelines, locking and adjusting fittings, and control panel. Apparatus is further equipped with separators and water heating tank. Pressure plates for heat-exchanger and cooler are provided with adjustable supports and are secured in pairs by tightening devices. Frames are secured to pressure plates in similar manner. Open slots are formed in top and bottom surfaces of pressure plates and heat-exchanging plates of heat-exchanger and cooler for receiving detachable guides. Holder is positioned in boiler vessel and made in the form of coiled tube. Boiler is equipped with cover and heating members built in cover. Water heating tank is heat insulated from ambient air and is provided with heating members and two branch pipes: cold water supplying branch pipe and hot water discharge branch pipe. Discharge branch pipe is communicated via leveling tank with pump and main branch pipe is communicated with water source. Cooler is made in the form of separate unit and is communicated via pipelines with heat-exchanger, cooled medium source and outlet valve. EFFECT: reduced labor consumption for maintaining and operating apparatus, increased efficiency and reduced power consumption. 7 dwg
