According to invention, combinations of frequencies, pulse charge, and/or pulse length of variable voltage V are varied, reference voltage U_ref is determined, value of integral I_k= ∫U(U-U_ref)dt or linear combination of certain number of digital samples A_i= U_i(U_i-U_ref) is found within definite time space, their values being used to select combination of frequencies, pulse charge, and current pulse length.
