FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing yearly crumbling and plowing of soil; applying organic and mineral fertilizers; ripping upper layer, with optimum soil state being taken into account during effectuating all processes mentioned. Crumbling is performed by breaking upper layer of soil. Plowing is carried out at arable layer depth simultaneously with harrowing at the first half of August with following cultivation for depth of 12-14 cm and simultaneous harrowing at air temperature of 25-30 C and soil moisture content of 70-75 of maximum field water capacity. Method further involves repeated ripping after weeds grow to "white line" stage; performing covering harrowing; applying related fertilizers with following cultivation for 12-14 cm depth and simultaneous harrowing at air temperature of 25-30 C and soil moisture content of 70-75 of maximum field water capacity; carrying out presowing cultivation after appearance of "white line" stage weeds. EFFECT: increased efficiency, increased biological activity and improved quality of soil.
