FIELD: intensive process for growing of winter wheat under acute soil moisture deficiency conditions, and agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves harvesting precursor; shelling stumble; applying fertilizer; plowing while turning soil layer; providing early spring covering harrowing; cultivating at 0.10-0.12 m depth; keeping fallow in clean state, i.e., free of weedage; sowing to 0.08-0.10 m depth; post-sowing rolling-down; creating seed bed during cultivation in early spring period; keeping fallow in clean state, i.e., free of weedage by mellowing and cultivating top layer to 0.04-0.06 m depth combined with undercutting of weedage roots without carrying-away of wet layer onto day surface. Cultivation hoe has tine, and right-hand and left-hand flat wings offset with respect to one another in lengthwise direction. Right-hand and left-hand wings are made L-shaped and are formed from carbon steel strip. On front part of upper face of each strip there is blade with cutting edge, and on lower face, under cutting edge and on opposite side of strip there are faceplates formed as tapes 6-8 mm wide and 0.1-0.2 mm thick. Tapes are formed from wear-resistant material.
EFFECT: provision for retention of soil moisture stocks, increased yield and improved quality of grain.
