FIELD: cooling technology, storage of products and kimchi. SUBSTANCE: compartment for fermentation of kimchi under conditions of lower or higher temperature is located between cooling compartment and compartment for vegetables in this cooling gear. There is hole to feed cool air into cooling compartment. Hole for injection of air from compartment for vegetables into cooling compartment is positioned nearby. Such design provides for more active flow of air through compartment for vegetables and for more satisfactory conditions for storage of foods for long time periods thanks to mixing of warm air with relatively cool air in cooling compartment.
