FIELD: treatment and storage of products performing function of refrigerator and device for fermentation of food. SUBSTANCE: refrigerating plant includes first compartment which is always used for storage and second compartment which is used for fermentation or for storage. First and second heat exchangers are located respectively in first and second compartments. Plant is provided with first and second capillary tubes; resistance to flow of first capillary tube is less than resistance of second capillary tube which are connected, respectively, with inlets of first and second heat exchangers and are branched from solenoid valve. Outlet of first heat exchanger is connected with compressor through cooling agent tube and outlet of second heat exchanger is connected with joint of first heat exchanger with first capillary tube. Arranged in second compartment are heater for heating the interior of second compartment and motor-fan for spreading heat inside compartment. When second compartment is used for fermentation, cooling agent flows both through first and second capillary tubes, thus maintaining relatively low temperature in first compartment and rather high temperature in second compartment. When second compartment is used for storage, cooling agent flows through first capillary tube only. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 6 dwg
