SUBSTANCE: given Doppler ultrasonic device incorporates master generator, power amplifier and radiator connected in series, receiver, amplifier, multiplier, low-frequency filter and comparator connected in series. Output of comparator is connected through potentiometer and fixed resistor shunted by key to input of converter of product of frequency of crossing of zero level by amplitude to voltage which output is connected to comparator determining fall of checked speed outside preset limit.
