FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: myocardial revascularization is conducted after resection of left ventricular aneurysm by tunnelling it with tubus scalpel. Tunnelling is carried out upon an opened intact heart under visual control by gradual resecting endocardium-myocardium-endocardium (endomyocardially) without damage of epicardium. Both ends of formed tunnel are connected with the cavity of left ventricle. EFFECT: higher efficiency to treat myocardial ischemia due to improved blood supply and contractile myocardial capacity. 1 dwg
