SUBSTANCE: method involves implanting internal thoracic artery into myocardium. Direct laser canals communicating with left ventricle cavity in anastomosis area and transmyocardial laser canals radially directed from the anastomosis along the ischemic myocardium are built.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in stimulating neoangiogenesis within prolonged period.
