SUBSTANCE: device has tube 1 with round channelled handle 3 on one end and working part 2 made of two knives on the other end, scale 7 on tube 1 and slit 5 with terminal widening in the tubular wall. The knives are shaped as spear-like planes making an angle with tube 1. The handle has indicator dial showing disposition of knives 4. Slit 5 and terminal widening are cavities for making control observations having internal surfaces suitable for athrombogenic thread and laser light conductor and for tissue pusher to pass.
