FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery.

SUBSTANCE: on lancing aneurysm at dissecting cicatricial tissues left ventricular wall one should cut a flap out of aneurysm's cicatricial tissue that should correspond localization and sizes of inter-ventricular defect. Free edge of left ventricle should be sutured to inter-ventricular septum along the edge of cicatricial area. Cut flap should be sutured up along defect's perimeter. Free edge of inter-ventricular septum should be sutured to anterior wall of left ventricle along the border of cicatricial area. The innovation suggested enables to carry out reliable ventricular hermetic sealing at normalizing its geometry.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
