FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out cutaneoconjunctival graft with eyelashes, eyelids, cutaneous angles of the eye retained. The graft is directed to temporozygomatic area. The graft is transferred and face and orbit defect is covered. The orbit bed is cut out from the upper part of the transplant muscular portion. The orbit edges are sutured with the transposed eyelid flap along its edge. The wound being fully healed, eye endoprosthesis is to be implanted into the retained lid slit as the second stage of the operation. EFFECT: accelerated rehabilitation process.
