FIELD: medicine; urology. SUBSTANCE: device has inlet and outlet catheters, vessel for washing solution and accumulation tank, heater and differential U-shaped pressure gauge. Traumatic effect and painful perceptions are reduced due to introduction of shut-off cock, amplifiers, differential electromechanical regulator of bellows, contact pressure gauge, time relay, reversing electric motor, change-over eccentric, and electromechanical drive. Shut-off cock is installed on both catheters in front of connection between inlet catheter and differential pressure gauge which contacts are connected to regulator through amplifier. Regulator is connected through bellows to cavity of contact pressure gauge connected electrically to reversing electric motor which shaft is coupled to eccentric through worn gearing, and shut-off cock is connected to time relay via electromechanical drive. EFFECT: reduction of traumatic effect and painful perception. 1 dwg
