SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports equipment used for training speed-and-strength qualities of an athlete. Reaction simulator comprises frame with impact element and means of changing its position, wherein frame is made in form of yoke with fixed on its edges flexible links with impact elements - pads, forming in initial position U-shaped structure, rocker with the help of flexible suspension fixed on the ceiling or on fixed support made in the form of chain, or halyard, or rope, or belt, is equipped with swivel joint in the form of swivel mounted in central part of yoke. Flexible links with impact elements - pads are made in the form of sling tape, or belt, adjustable by height with the help of Velcro or belt connection-buckle. Pads on edges of flexible elements are oval or rectangular with rounded corners in value identical to boxing gloves.
EFFECT: invention can be used for training jogging and percussion movements of boxers, volleyball players, football players, athletes, combat athletes.
