FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: inclusion of strong chelating agent makes gelatin capsules more stable in definite conditions. Gelatin capsules contain chemical products for use on oil fields and loaded preferably with heavy metal compound. Microcapsules provide for prolonged period of treatment because many materials which may damage microcapsules are controlled by chelating agent. The composition including suspension of microcapsules in floating up liquid used for formation of microcapsules contains the specified above microcapsules in the amount of about 10 to about 80%. The method for treatment of oil wells provides for use of said microcapsules in the amount efficient for ensuring treatment in the presence of high content of salt solution and/or heavy metals for, at least, one month.
