SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical composition inhibiting growth of malignant neoplasms and tumors in mammals, in part, in humans and warm-blooded animals and method of treatment of cancer patients. Composition shows efficiency against viruses also. Composition has N-chlorophenylcarbamates and N-chlorophenyl-thiocarbamates that are systemic herbicides. Composition can include except for N-chlorophenylcarbamates and N-chloro- phenylthiocarbamates also chemotherapeutic agents and, optionally, potentiating agent. Invention describes also the composition for treatment of animals and humans with viral infections that includes effective amount of N- chlorophenyl-carbamates and N-chlorophenylthiocarbamates and potentiating agent.
